I ADVISE YOU TO MILL
Commander: Bruvac the Grandiloquent
The basic concept of the deck is pretty self explanatory, you get Bruvac out as soon as you can and use the petitioners to mill 24 cards each time you tap 4 of them. Bruvac is an advisor as well so he can tap to help. As the card states "Tap four untapped Advisors" this wording mitigates summoning sickness meaning that advisors with summoning sickness can still be tapped to this effect.
